A traditional Method blend of Cider and culinary apples from a single orchard. This fruity, complex and rich blend perfectly captures the depth of flavours from one of our beautiful orchards.
We oak vinify and age Kingston Black and Stoke Red alongside some Bramley to bring a brightness and intensity to this bottle.
Tasting note: A rich, intense and full bodied nose full of dried fruit, brambles and caramel. The palate hits with richness, cider fruit depth and complexity alongside a powerful salinity.
There is a long finish with tropical notes and a line of sweetness.
Food Pairing: The perfect pairing for hard cheeses and cold cuts.
